The answer to this is 97%. You just have to base the answer on the given chart. You will add the different numbers that are stated. The numbers are 36+32+1+8+8+7+5+3. The sum of these numbers will be 97. It should be remembered that there are still some parts of Africa that are not considered to be totally free because they are under some rulers who only care about their own wealth.

Some places in Africa are so poor that they eat food that is made out of whatever is available. The food that they eat may not be considered as real food in other countries. Other African regions are also having some issues with water. Hopefully, these problems will be addressed soon so that Africa can truly become united.
